At Aura Gems, we take great care in packing and shipping our products to ensure they reach you safely. We work with reputed national courier partners to deliver orders reliably.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

  • Bulk orders may follow separate processing timelines.

  • Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking details.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are accurate before placing your order.


Return & Refund Policy

No-Return Policy

We currently do not accept general returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will gladly assist you if:

  • You receive a damaged product, or

  • You receive an incorrect product

Important Conditions

  • Please record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

  • Claims for damaged items cannot be processed without an unboxing video.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund.

Resolution

  • Damaged products, once verified, will be replaced within 10 days.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification of images and videos.


Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product

  • Unboxing video

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any approved refund will be processed after deducting shipping or return shipping charges, where applicable.
